Brion Adventures (Third Episode)
11Sep06

These little vignettes are brilliant, brilliant, brilliant..we can relive Brion forever. More! Caroline, More!
Coucou Véro ! J’émerge, j’émerge ! :-)
Je vais regarder tes clips très bientôt, mais je voulais te donner signe de vie. Faudrait profiter de mon congé pour faire un nouveau p’tit kek’ chose ensemble, tu ne crois pas ?
Since I am currently unemployed, I thought I would efficiently use my time to understand how many topics were being discussed in this video. All of the following came up in 4 minutes and 15 seconds.
The results of my study are as follows:
1 - Arrivals and Hello’s
2 - Victoria says “she had a fright”, for no apparent reason and in response to nobody.
3 - Nathalie’s Umbrella
4 - Trevors extra bedding, Nathalie says “tomorrow, tomorrow”. I think this is about the bedding
5 - Shopping, Yogurts and 10 euros
6 - The party in the Garage, if it rains, Spiders invited, not invited
7 - Crepes
8 - Allergies to Crepes
9 - Eggs, How many eggs, 30, 36, 24, The way eggs are sold in Italy and not sold in france. Dividing eggs to people, Welcoming people with eggs, Cooking eggs, scrambling eggs
10 - Recipe for cupcakes
11 - Nathalie says there are “Roses in the Garden”. This subject is not related to any other conversation, an anomaly.
12 - Curry, What is Dal,what to buy to make curry
14 - I think Caroline said she would make Roast Pumpkin and Chilli salad– She never did, and it sounds tasty, can you make this next year.
René: absolument!
Saeeda: what is your conclusion? Do you think we should compress more topic per minute? ;)
Not a conclusion but an experiment. Let us see, how many conversations we can have, in 4 minutes 15 seconds. Involving as many people as we can, in as many different languages, on unrelated topics that seemingly are connected and simultaneously translated badly to other people, in order to change the topic that is being discussed without anybody noticing.
In addition a couple of people, let us nominate Victoria and Nathalie, should interject with random words, phrases and sentences. These must have no relation to any previous conversation, and must also be conducted while Nathalie and Victoria are engaged in at least one other conversation.
My prediction will be that only Luca and Nathalie will succeed and all others will fail
This will prove beyond all doubt that …….
Love it
But please don’t change the ramdomness, the madness, the incongruity, the unlogical, the abnormal
well edited as well
love it putting some light in my horrible rainy friday
Makes me want to come to Brion with Caro next Summer…
Yes, Vero you have to come!!! Thinking of you from Nova Scotia! Julie says hi and bisous, the shoot is going really well and the weather is fantastic!!! Checking email on soundman’s wireless laptop computer drinking beer and watching the sunset over the ocean. La vie est belle…
Good for your girls!! Moi aussi je pense à vous. Bon tournage!
P.S. Saeeda honey. the roses in the garden relates to Olivier saying prior, out of nowhere ‘on achete des roses’ (translation: let’s buy roses). Vic made the roast, but I don’t remember it either, at least not in 2005 ;-)
Salut les amis,
Véro tu serais la welcome in brion next party, biensûr!
Concernant les roses, sachez qu’elles ont fleuries depuis votre venue. Je ne peux vous en faire parvenir par la poste (it’s to late), mais par la pensée je vous les adresses ….
